An Advanced Guppy
Following up on his exciting swim class from last year, Andrew signed up in January for his Advanced Guppy training. After many weeks of hard work and some sessions having to endure the cold pool (I don’t like cold pool, mama), he completed his class in March. Here are some pictures of him and Shelley enjoying the water.

At the park
In early March we had one anomalous Saturday where temperatures were in the 70′s. The whole family packed up and went one of the newer parks in Fort Collins. Tex and Chloe played fetch with Dave in the dog park area and Andrew enjoyed all of the different slides at the kid park area.

When we went out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse, Andrew found the idea of stomping the peanut shells on the floor pretty amusing. Riding in the bull saddle, however, was not quite as amusing.

Andrew’s 2nd Birthday
At the end of February, Andrew turned 2. Gamma and Grandpa Zubrick came out from Alabama for a birthday week visit. To celebrate he had a big party Friday morning with all his grandparents and many of his friends who came over to play and eat cake (there’s nothing like lots of little kids with extra helpings of frosting!). Andrew is still a train fanatic and the party was very much Thomas the Tank Engine-themed.
